The Mission of the Hope School District is to develop in children the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to instill a lifelong love of learning and to become productive and contributing individuals in a changing society.

Dr. Anne Hubbard, Superintendent of Hope School District, was honored as the ACSA Region 13 Superintendent of the Year. All of our schools have been recognized as California Distinguished Schools in the past. Although the award’s protocol has changed in recent years, we continue to be proud of the strong academic foundations and leadership that earned these honors.

Monte Vista Elementary School
Monte Vista Elementary is home to just under 300 students from kindergarten through 6th grade. With the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains in the backdrop, its campus is home to many happy Monte Vista Mustangs

Hope Elementary is home to just under 300 students from TK (transitional kindergarten) through 6th grade. Just like the waves in the nearby Pacific Ocean, our Hope School Waves are dynamic, powerful, and in constant motion.

Vieja Valley Elementary School
Vieja Valley Elementary is home to just over 300 students from TK (transitional kindergarten) through 6th grade. Its serene campus is located at the base of Hope Ranch neighboring several local horse stables. Go Chargers!
